2001 Patches on the Green
The 2nd Annual Patches on the Green Golf Outing was sponsored by Patches of Light and the Hilliard Recreation and Parks Department. Lunch was sponsored by the Dublin Retirement Village. Prizes were awarded to the 1st Place Team, Longest Drive, Longest Putt and Closest to the Pin - Ladies and Men. Doug Lessells from ONN Sports was the Special Guest at the event. Thanks to everyone that made this event a success!

Penny War
Each year Hilliard Station Sixth Grade works in conjunction with Patches of Light to hold a fundraising "Ohio State vs Michigan Penny War." The object of the war is to see which team can bring in the most money and have their "team" win. The winning team wins a tailgate party and movies during one of their lunch periods. We will be approaching our fourth year and it just keeps getting better and more competitive!

Walk for Children/Make a Difference Day
For the last six years Patches of Light has chosen Make a Difference Day to hold their annual Walk for Children Fundraising event. Each year we have been blessed to have the support of Homestead Park in Hilliard as our meeting place. This year the event will be held on October 28.
